Lavina LP36 is an innovative machine for honing, grinding and polishing concrete on large projects.
This machine is all-in-one: it is based on a concrete power trowel and at the same time has all the functions of classic grinding and polishing machine.
It is combined with the innovative Trowel Shine rotary head system, which has Superabrasive Quick Change adapters. These adapters can be used with the wide range of tools - from the lowest gradation of metal bond tools for grinding (14 gradation) and plastic tools for polishing to the tools with the highest gradations for finishing high gloss.

The machine is powered by KOHLER PCV740 propane-powered engine (24HP).
Two 900 mm discs with 4 rotary heads each provide excellent grinding and polishing results on concrete surfaces.
On each rotary head 6 Superarbasive tools can be installed. This equals to 24 tools on one rotary head and 48 tools on the machine simultaneously!
The innovative shape and operation method ensures optimal effectiveness and ease of use.
The machine is equipped with many useful amenities - from a convenient control panel to LED lights illuminating the work area.
Thanks to its weight of 645 kg the device ensures adequate pressure between the tools and the surface.
The set also includes a transport wheel and actuator. This allows the machine to be moved, as well ass the plates and tools to be replaced without additional lifts.
